Ingredients

  • 2 zucchinis, sliced lengthwise

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Toss zucchini with oil, chili powder, lime juice, and salt.

  2. Grill or cook in a skillet over medium-high heat 3-4 minutes per side.
