About the Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb collard greens, chopped
• 1/4 lb chorizo, crumbled
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 cups chicken broth
• Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Cook chorizo in a pot until browned (5 minutes).
Add onion and garlic, cook 3 minutes.
Add greens and broth, simmer 30-40 minutes.
Season.
