About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 bone-in pork chops (1.5-2 lbs total)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Smoky Peach Butter:

    • 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced

    • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

    • 1 tsp smoked paprika

    • 1 tbsp honey

    • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Rub pork chops with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 20 minutes.

  2. Preheat grill to medium-high (400°F). Grill chops 4-5 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 145°F. Rest 5 minutes.

  3. For peach butter: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add peaches, smoked paprika, honey, and salt. Cook 8-10 minutes until peaches soften and mixture thickens. Blend or mash slightly.

  4. Serve chops topped with a dollop of smoky peach butter.
